Callidus Design has been appointed to develop the M&E design for a new Health Centre and Primary School at Scalloway. The project is divided into two phases, with the Primary School relocating to the already vacant Junior High School area initially. This will involve a general M&E refurbishment with new lighting, and modifications to the small power, data, domestic water supplies, drainage and heating systems. Once the first phase is complete, the second phase of converting the old Primary School to the new Health Centre will begin.
