Callidus Design has been appointed by NHS Shetland to review the existing canteen and servery ventilation system at the Gilbert Bain Hospital, Lerwick. The servery and dishwash areas suffer from an excessive heat build up which has been resulting in complaints from the staff. Callidus Design shall be required to investigate the existing system operation, check plant equipment ratings & sizes and compare these survey notes against a model design. Recommendations to improve or replace the system shall then be submitted in a detailed report to the client.
